This policy covers our Site and marketing activities only. It does not cover personal information we process on behalf of our clients as part of our agency services; that information is governed by our agreements with those clients and their own privacy policies.

We may receive business contact information from event partners, public professional profiles, or advertising platforms (for example, when you submit a lead form on a social network) and combine it with information we already hold.
2. How we use your information
Respond to your inquiries and discuss potential work with you.
Send newsletters and marketing communications you have agreed to receive.
Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
Understand how visitors use the Site through analytics.

We only use personal information for the purposes described here or for purposes you would reasonably expect. If we want to use it for a new purpose, we will ask for your consent where required.
3. Consent and legal basis
We collect and use personal information with your consent, which may be express (for example, ticking a box to subscribe to our newsletter) or implied where permitted by law (for example, when you send us a business inquiry and we reply). You can withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual limits, by contacting us using the details in Section 12. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot provide certain services, such as responding to your inquiry.
4. Email marketing
We send newsletters and marketing emails only to people who have opted in or where otherwise permitted under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. Every marketing email includes our contact information and an unsubscribe link. We process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for the Site to function, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) that help us understand how visitors use the Site. We do not currently use advertising cookies or pixels on the Site.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. If we add advertising technologies in the future, we will update this policy and give you a way to manage your choices.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as follows:
Service providers. Companies that help us run our business, such as website hosting, form and CRM tools, email marketing platforms, analytics providers, and IT and security vendors. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the protections in this policy.
7. Where your information is stored
PUSH is based in Ontario, Canada. Our service providers may store or process your information in Canada, the United States, or other countries, where it may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, and national security authorities under local law. We take reasonable steps, including contractual protections, to make sure your information receives an appropriate level of protection wherever it is processed.
8. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. For example, we keep inquiry and business contact information while there is an active or potential business relationship, and newsletter information until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months under our Google Analytics settings. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
9. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, such as access controls and encryption in transit. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a privacy breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and regulators as required by law.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
Access the personal information we hold about you and learn how it is used and shared.
Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
Delete your information, or ask us to stop using it, subject to legal exceptions.
